Jon-Hans Coetzer is the Academic Dean of the EU Business School Digital Campus, and has more than 15 years of experience as a senior academic leader in higher education. His specific areas of expertise include: quality assurance and student learning outcomes assessment; faculty development; curriculum design and high-impact educational practices; strategic planning; international education; enrolment management; strategic partnership and research; accreditation; and strategic crisis management. His research interests focus on the cross-cultural challenge in the international classroom of business management studies and changes in higher education.
