Antonia is a transdisciplinary scholar of Business Management and Intercultural Communication. She has extensive research and teaching experience in the field of International Business and Human Resources Management, utilizing digital, face-to-face and hybrid methods. 
 
Antonia has researched and managed the student experience across a number of higher-education institutions. She has also participated in a variety of conferences, and has had her work on small-business management, employee welfare and reward management, stakeholder capitalism, virtual learning environments and digital capital published, in addition to other subjects. Antonia has also contributed to a variety of book series as an associate editor.
